Presence is the Discipline for manipulating emotions.

Powers

Level 1: Awe

You softly enhance what people feel about you. This makes them find you more interesting, impressive, good-looking, scary, etc. depending on what you are doing and how they perceive it.

Level 2: Taunt/Scare/Endear

You can more powerfully or deeply manipulate a target's emotions.

With time and eye contact you can deeply influence a targets emotions about you, creating a lasting endearment. This effect lasts for a day on Kindred, for a week on Mortals.

You can very quickly taunt or threaten a target you have eye contact with: if they have less Willpower than you they will either flee from or attack you as you intended, if they have more Willpower they still feel significant fear or hate towards you but can act freely.

Level 3: Majesty

Your appearance and actions become extremely impressive, similar to Awe but turned up to a hundred. The emotional experience of seeing one using this power is so overwhelming that it is impossible to focus on anything else unless one has more Willpower than the user of the power.

Level 4: Kingmaker

You can grant your Presence powers to another target, they can use any level with your Willpower. You need to see them while this occurs, as you are still the source of the effect.
