Dementation

Dementation is the Discipline of madness, of weakening the mind and allowing forth what hides below, be it emotion or something stranger.

Powers

Level 1: Weaken Control

You softly weaken the victims self-control for a short while, making them more likely to act impulsively or lose control over The Beast.

Level 2: The Haunting

If you have more Willpower than your victim you make them less able to disregard shadows moving in the corner of their eye, strange sounds in the night, and generally more prone to being disconcerted.

Level 3: Confusion

If you have more Willpower than your victim you daze and muddle their mind, making it impossible for them to reason coherently or even clearly remember. This state makes them suggestible, but beware that they remember what has happened when their mind clears (although they may not think of it immediately).

Level 4:

Either The Call, ability to send a one word message to all malkavians in the domain, or Voice of Madness, a speech based multi-target frenzy or rötshreck.
