Dominate

Dominate is the Discipline of controlling the minds of others, from simple acts like forcing thoughts and actions to modifying memories.

Powers

Level 1: Command

With eye contact you can force a target with less Willpower than you to follow a command, a short phrase of instruction they can act on immediately. The effect subsides when they have completed the task, or after a minute or two if the task has no clear completion.

Level 2: Mesmerize

With eye contact you can put a target with less Willpower than you into a hypnotic state. While in this state they don't remember what they are told, but can be given a complex set of instructions triggered by specific circumstances. The target leaves the hypnotic state when you break eye contact (normal blinking excluded) and the instructions remain active for one hour per Willpower you have more than the target.
